About Me
I am a 5th-year Ph.D. Candidate whose work combines expertise in biomaterials, tissue engineering, and reproductive pathologies.
I value mentoring the next generation of leaders in the field of reproductive health. I have worked as a mentor to 8 undergraduates at my institution since the start or my program. Five of these students have been awarded scholarships for research at UIUC through the Illinois Scholars Undergraduate Research (ISUR) Program. I have also worked with local schools to encourage young students and prepare them for their Science Fair.
